As a thank you for choosing me to be your real estate agent, I will give you $100 at the close of escrow that can be used towards your closing costs or as CASH to be used as desired. 
 
To help you with your home search, I will set you up on my property alert system. You will be sent emails that contain the homes on MLS that meet your search criteria. This is an easy and efficient way to keep updated on what properties are available.

SELLERS
 
I will Sell Your Home for a reduced commission rate of 2.5% Listing Commission, plus up to a 3% percent commission paid to the cooperating buyer's broker. This means that your maximum commission is 5.5%, instead of the customary 6% commission.
